Shipping & Delivery Policy for Products
- ShuddhNutri currently ships products only within India. All domestic orders are shipped through registered and reliable courier partners and/or Speed Post to ensure safe delivery.
- Shipping is free across India, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page or clearly communicated by our customer support team before dispatch.
- Orders are generally processed and shipped on the same day or the next working day. However, delivery may take 3–10 working days from the date of order placement, depending on courier partner operations, location, and other external factors beyond our control.
- ShuddhNutri is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the courier partner within 3 working days of order confirmation and payment (usually completed by the next working day).
- All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of checkout. Customers are requested to ensure that the address and contact details entered are accurate and complete.
