ShuddhNutri offers a 24-hour return and replacement policy only in cases where the product is damaged during delivery. Customers must raise a request with our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video as proof of damage.
‘Return’ is defined as the act of returning a product purchased from the ShuddhNutri website due to physical damage caused during transit. Returns or refunds are not applicable for any other reasons, considering the consumable and hygienic nature of Ayurvedic powders.
Damaged product received:
If a product is received in damaged condition, the customer must share a clear video recording of opening the sealed package within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, based on product availability.
No video proof:
Claims raised without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Used or opened products:
Products that are opened, used, partially consumed, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.
Wrong product ordered by customer:
Customers are requested to review their order carefully before placing it. ShuddhNutri does not accept returns or refunds for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Customer unavailable or refusal at delivery:
If the customer refuses delivery or is unreachable, any refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
Incorrect delivery address or contact details:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ShuddhNutri will not be liable for refunds if incorrect details are provided at checkout.
All approved returns must be unused and in original condition, with original packaging and labels intact.
The refund or replacement process will begin only after the damaged product claim is verified.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
